I am a gardener, a naturalist and a craftsman. For years I have been crafting natural accents for our garden. When I started this business, I wanted to use my creative expression to make a product that would look appealing, be unique and be natural and safe for wildlife. I also wanted to create a product that would bring the ruggedness of the ocean into the home.

The products I have to offer are shown on the following pages and consist of bird houses (nesting boxes), bird feeders, bat houses, squirrel houses, mailboxes, garden benches and signs.

Recently, I have created a new line of signs. They are made of ¼ inch exterior plywood, hand cut on a band saw, sanded, painted with exterior paint and mounted on driftwood from the Atlantic Ocean. They can be found in the "signs" category and they feature key words that will resonate with their recipients. As each one is made individually, any word, or series of words, can be created.

As much as possible, I use wood from the ocean that surrounds Nova Scotia . driftwood boards as the main structure and gnarled roots as the accents. In some cases, I use barn wood or recycled wood that has been around for awhile and has some character, colour and texture. Only solid wood is used and the structures are put together using glue, nails and screws. Some items incorporate decorative painting to highlight the natural beauty of the wood. The roofs of some of the houses are made of wood and others are made of recycled metal.

The products on the following pages will change as new items are uploaded and as sold items are downloaded. All transactions are through PayPal and delivery is through Canada Post.
